Insurgency sandstorm in 2021 is probably the best the game has been since launch and it can only get better but no by changing the core mechanics that make it stand out from other games. If insurgency sandstorm needed a change in it's core mechanics you think the devs would have already done it, probably yea, so why haven't they simple because the game doesn't need it. you can't change the entire game and say it's the same game, yes there are things they should change about the core aspects of the game I can say that about any game. So you want games that change completely every year of development that's rainbow six siege in a nutshell.

Oh, also would it finally nerf the "imba-af-middlescreen-laserspray-meta" over ridiculous ranges. Just looks so satisfying, imagine having this in Sandstorm, it would take the shooting experience to the next level coupled with Sandstorms sound design and all.
Talking about the reload (MW I know) and especially recoil animations, very snappy and realistic the way the sights behave when moving and shooting. My point is, Sandstorm should continue improving it's mechanics by looking at other games, because it's getting outdated in some ways already and hasn't change jack sh*t on core-level since release, which is almost 3 years.Īnd that's ok.
